LinkCentral is resource on the internet that you can use to save and reach your favorite Internet shortcuts/links. It works a little bit like the Favorite links function in for example Internet Explorer(IE) .

With LinkCentral you can add and reach your Internet shortcuts/links from one central place on the web.

MS Internet Explorer

In Pic 1 you can see a user that has two computers, one at the office and one at home. Each computer has an internet connection. The user has saved a lot of links to different web pages in the Favorites function of MS Internet Explorer.

The problem is that the set of Favorites at work is not the same as the set of Favorites at home. The set at home lacks MyLink Four and Five whilst the set at work lacks MyLink Two and Three.

Since paths to Internet pages can be long and hard to remember, the User becomes very frustrated when he/she, at home, wants to reach MyLink Four or Five. The same situation occurres at work when he/she wants to reach MyLink Two or Three.

This is solved with LinkCentral

The second problem occurrs when the User goes on holiday and, at an Internet Cafe, wants to reach the Favorite shortcuts. There are no possiblity to reach them at all since they are on the computer at work and at home.

The user can with both computers, or any other computer that has an internet connection, log on to LinkCentral and from there directly choose the favorite link to go to.
